Project Requirements Gathering

Testing Services

SUM Global has established an independent test group to support its projects by providing test planning, test development, scripting, and turn-key testing services. SUM Global's test team evaluates the product, develops new test plans, scripts, and executes tests concurrently with product development. Testing early and often, the test team insures an independent evaluation of the developing product, using standard metrics to describe product quality and determine product readiness.

Deployment and Transition

A product not in use is not a product at all. Following development and validation of a product, SUM Global transitions intellectual property back to the client. This is supported by project documentation, cooperative maintenance, customer and client training, and client walkthroughs. SUM Global assists with deployment to production environments, or to product customers. SUM Global does this by participating in the implementation of a product, but also by providing ongoing support and maintenance of the product upon release.
