Deployment and Transition
A product not in use is not a product at all. Following development and validation of a product, SUM Global transitions intellectual property back to the client. This is supported by project documentation, cooperative maintenance, customer and client training and client walkthroughs. SUM Global assists with deployment to production environments or to product customers. SUM Global does this by participating in the implementation of a product, but also by providing ongoing support and maintenance of the product upon release.
